BE THE CHANGE

All Fellows have access to a variety of supports to aid their endeavors for creating positive, sustained societal change:

  • ​Apply for seed funding to help start impact projects or support existing initiatives
  • Call upon the Forum of Fellows Network to seek advice, assistance, or to collaborate on an impact effort
  • Receive coaching or facilitation from a Hawaii Leadership Forum staff member; special skills of staff team include: design thinking and innovation, facilitation, futures thinking, organizational and team development, program and project management, project design, and systems thinking and mapping
  • Sign up for a Clinic Consult to further your impact by receiving one-time, private coaching with an external content expert; coaching expertise ranges from behavioral science to systems thinking to navigating large systems
  • Continue to expand your learning and skill development through quarterly workshops and the Omidyar Fellows Summit, convened every two years, to accelerate your impact and effectiveness
  • Invite others on your team or in your network to select learning workshops and sessions that deepen existing insights or spur new ones
  • Utilize our organizational resource library to get a jumpstart; resources available on such topics as difficult conversations, hiring and interviewing, and facilitation
  • Access to reserving complimentary meeting space in the Hawaii Leadership Forum office, which is both spacious and functional (you can even write on the walls!), to hold meetings and workshops
  • Work and collaborate with other Fellows in the Co+Lab, a co-working + collaborative space, in the Hawaii Leadership Forum office available to you to drop-in anytime during business hours
